If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
🛍️ Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Blinkiesh is not responsible for lost return packages.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimates & swimwear
- Accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
